Monday & Friday – wellness visits by appointment only during 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Tuesday – public spay & neuters by appointment only during 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
We are CLOSED on Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday
- Please know we will not book more than two pets at a time and a deposit is required upon booking
- If your animal is sick or injured, contact your regular full-service veterinarian
- If this is an emergency, contact your local emergency veterinarian (see our Other Resources page for references)
- Please do not bring additional pets to your appointment
- Bring all medical records with you at the time of your appointment
- Due to limited space, we do not allow public access to the exam rooms. A vet technician will come up, communicate with you, and bring your animal back to see the vet.
We also offer FREE spay and neuter services at our in-house wellness clinic for Pit Bulls within the Southampton township (owner is still responsible for paying for the costs of the pain meds, pain injection and E-collar (surgical cone) to go home with).
- $50 deposit on all dog spay/neuter procedures (non-refundable)
- $50 deposit when booking two or more cat procedures for one family
We accept all major credit cards, cash and check. We do NOT accept CareCredit or any digital currency.
Surgery
- No food or water after midnight the night before surgery
- All dogs must be on a leash
- All cats must be in a carrier (hard carrier preferred, please line the bottom with a towel or wee wee pad)
- Please bring all medical records with you
- Proof of rabies vaccine is required
- The check-in process takes around 20 minutes. You’re more than welcome to take the paperwork with you and fill it out in the car, especially if your pet is anxious. We will call you in when we’re ready.
- After surgery, dogs must be leash walked only for 7-10 days
- No bathing for 2 weeks
- All cats should remain indoors for 2 weeks after surgery
- All pets will go home the same day (no overnight visits). We will call you when they are out of surgery with their pick up time. Please arrive at that provided time.
- Pick up time varies based on the procedure and your pet
- Please have your phone on you in case we need to reach you throughout the day
- You will be sent a link to your phone to check-out
- You will be given all post-care instructions and medication at the time of pick up
- All dogs that are spayed/neutered must wear an E-collar (surgical cone) for 7-10 days after procedure. You can purchase this ahead of time or purchase a plastic one from us.
